On Friday, April 30 Waynesville Elementary School received a mini-grant from the Mental Health & Recovery Centers of Warren County. Prevention Specialist, Charlie Hartman, has been working with the 3rd/4th grade teachers to provide BOTVIN LIFESKILLS TRAINING, an evidence-based prevention program. Skills include self-esteem, decision-making, smoking, advertising, stress management, communication skills, social skills, and assertiveness.
